James O’Halloran is a director at Hermes EOS and leads its Voting and Engagement Support team. Prior to joining Hermes EOS, he worked for nine years in technology leadership roles within the professional services industry and has seven years operational industry experience. James is a graduate of the University of Manchester.

George Clark – Voting and Engagement Support
George Clark provides operational support to Hermes EOS’ client relations and engagement teams, with duties focused on statistical reporting, voting management and account administration. Prior to Hermes EOS, George worked for three years in the proxy voting space as a client account manager at Broadridge Financial Solutions. He holds a BSc Honours degree in Biology from the University of Leeds and Associate Membership of CISI after attaining the IOC qualification.

Bram Houtenbos – Voting and Engagement Support
Bram Houtenbos provides operational support to Hermes EOS’ voting and engagement activities, with responsibility for account administration, voting operations and statistical reporting. Before joining Hermes EOS, Bram gained three years of experience in global proxy voting as a senior market specialist at Broadridge. Prior to this, he managed political campaigns. Bram is bilingual in Dutch and English with a working knowledge of French and German. He became a PRINCE2-qualified project management practitioner in 2013. After graduating with a BA in European Studies from Maastricht University, he went on to complete an MA in Contemporary European Politics at the University of Bath.
