Caroline joined the international business of Federated Hermes in February 2020 and is the investment director for impact and SDG engagement strategies. She joined following 10 years at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, where she was most recently the Client Portfolio Manager for their UK Equities team since 2015. In this role she covered a range of portfolios across investment styles including income, growth, smaller companies and sustainable outcomes. Caroline has a degree in General Engineering from the University of Durham, is a CFA charterholder and holds the Investment Management Certificate
