Ian Munroe provides operational support to EOS North American voting and engagement activities, with responsibility for account administration, voting operations, statistical reporting, and informational system analysis. Before joining EOS, Ian was a regulatory reporting data analyst where he assisted in implementing client data sets and worked with third parties to augment their information to fulfil the reporting obligation set by the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has advised clients on proactive database management, best practices for data implementation, and meaningful data visualisation/reporting. Ian graduated from Robert Morris University with a BA in Business Management with a concentration in Sustainable Business Management and is a graduate of the Summer Institute of Sustainability and Energy programme held at University of Illinois Chicago. Ian also has a working knowledge of Japanese, Swedish, and German.
