Head of Human Resources, Federated Hermes Limited

Martin joined in September 2009 and is responsible for setting the direction of the HR strategy for the business. Prior to joining, Martin was the Global HR Business Partner for the investment division of Fortis Investment Management.

Before joining the asset management industry he supported a range of front office teams across ABN AMRO’s CIB business. Martin began his career with the Royal Navy, where he served for 13 years. Martin is a member of the CIPD and completed his Master’s in Human Resource Management in 2004.
