Hermes Investment Management, the £29.8 billion manager focused on delivering superior, sustainable, risk adjusted returns to its clients – responsibly, has appointed Emma Hunt as Director, Strategic Client Management and Business Development for Hermes EOS. Based in London, Emma will report into Colin Melvin, CEO of Hermes EOS.
Emma joins from Towers Watson, where she was Global Co-Head of Sustainable & Responsible Investment. She advised asset owners on the design and implementation of beliefs and strategy, spanning manager selection, portfolio monitoring, capital allocation and stewardship, and supported the structure and design of in-house responsible investment capacity for large asset owners. Emma had joined Towers Watson in 2010 from her previous role at Mercer, where she spent five years establishing Mercer’s responsible investment business. She will start at Hermes EOS in September 2015.
