Laura Jernegan engages primarily with financial services, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies in the US and Canada. She is a co-lead for EOS work on investor protection and rights while supporting work on board composition and effectiveness and executive compensation. She also supports the annual review of EOS global, regional and market-based corporate governance principles and voting policies. Prior to joining EOS, Laura worked on the investor relations team at a metals and mining company where she supported engagement with investors, quarterly earnings presentations, and the integration of ESG performance into internal analysis and communications. She has a Bachelor’s degree from American University and an MBA in Sustainable Business Practices from Duquesne University. Between degrees, Laura spent nearly four years living and working on education development programmes in the South Pacific archipelago of Vanuatu.
