Biography

Paul joined MEPC in 2008, working his way up from his initial role as a Development Manager to Head of Development in 2015. He has responsibility for overseeing MEPC’s development team delivering projects at MEPC’s managed Business Estates and Urban Regeneration projects across the country. Paul’s main area of expertise and experience lies in large scale urban regeneration and specifically he has led to MEPC team at projects in Wellington Place, Leeds and Noma, Manchester, delivering nearly 2m sq ft of Commercial Offices and associated retail. During his time at MEPC, Paul has been working with major institutional funds to ensure that each investment delivers both social and economic benefits for all stakeholders.
