The Hermes Property Unit Trust (“HPUT”) is constituted by an amended and restated trust deed between the Appointments Committee, the Trust Manager and the Trustee. The Trust Manager, Hermes Alternative Investment Management Limited (“HAIML”), is the legal operator of HPUT.
