Kenny Tsang is based in London and primarily focussed on public policy, supply chain and corporate engagement for Asia markets. Kenny has 17 years of experience in corporate sustainability as an in-house sustainability lead, across different industries. This enables him to understand, foresee and tackle sustainability challenges in different company settings and he has an overall passion for sustainability. Speaking four languages, Kenny has worked in the US, Germany, the UK, Hong Kong and China. His background and multi-cultural experiences have crafted him as a global citizen. Kenny holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from Iowa State University, US.

Bruce Duguid

Bruce Duguid is head of stewardship at EOS. As well as overseeing the team of engagement professionals, Bruce leads engagements with environmentally-exposed companies across the oil and gas, mining, and utilities sectors. Prior to joining EOS, he was head of sustainability at the UK Green Investment Bank, where he spent four years working on the project to establish the bank. This followed a variety of corporate strategy roles, including a management consultant position at the Boston Consulting Group.

Lisa Lange focusses on engagement with companies in Europe and leads EOS work on pollution, waste and the circular economy. Prior to joining EOS, she worked as a sustainability consultant in London and was a research fellow at the Institute for Managing Sustainability at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Nature, Society & Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford and an MA with honours in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh with a focus on climate ethics. Lisa speaks English and German.
