Biography

Paul currently serves as Managing Director, Head of Private Markets Sales, North America. In this role, Paul leads a team of sales professionals responsible for the distribution of a broad range of Private Markets Solutions including Private Equity, Private Credit, Nature Based Solutions, Real Estate and Infrastructure. His activities include developing and strengthening Federated Hermes’s relationships with Institutional LP’s, Investment Consultants, Wealth Management Platforms, Family Offices and RIA’s in the United States and Canada. Over the past twenty-five years, Paul has held a variety of sales and sales leadership positions within Federated Hermes including Consultant Relations, Wealth Management and SMA sales. Paul received a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Management. He is a CAIA charter holder from the Certified Alternative Investment Association as well as holding his CIMA designation from the Investments and Wealth Institute.
