Hermes Investment Management (Hermes), the £30.1 billion manager, has today announced it will be moving its headquarters to 150 Cheapside in January 2018. Based in the heart of the City, and totalling 46,000 square feet, 150 Cheapside will now be home to 400 members of staff.

Saker Nusseibeh, Chief Executive, Hermes Investment Management, said:

“This move to 150 Cheapside reflects the transformation Hermes has undergone over the past five years into a fast growing global business. Third party revenues now equate to almost 70%, with underlying profits of £15.5m in 2016.

“While we are saying goodbye to our home of over 30 years on the edge of Tower Hamlets, we will still remain active in the local community, which we have become a part of during that time. Moreover, we will continue to provide support through our charity partnerships with Mosaic, Business in the Community, the East End Community Foundation, as well as our volunteer programmes with local primary and secondary schools.”

150 Cheapside is managed by CBRE.
