Biography

Emma joined Federated Hermes Infrastructure in 2013, serving as Head of Asset Management from 2000 and Co-Head of Infrastructure in 2025 prior to becoming Head of Infrastructure in 2026. Emma has over 20 years of financial services experience, of which 15 have been focused on infrastructure. As Head of Infrastructure, Emma is responsible for all aspects of the investment team activities. Emma is a member of the Infrastructure Investment Committee and represents infrastructure mandates on various portfolio company boards, including Eurostar and Cadent. Emma was previously a Director at Deloitte LLP and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She is currently undertaking the International Directors Programme at INSEAD.
