Kevin joined the international business of Federated Hermes in May 2019 as a Director in the Private Debt team. Previously, he worked as a Director in AIB’s Leveraged Finance team where he was responsible for originating and executing loans to mid-market, private-equity backed companies. Prior to AIB, Kevin spent seven years working in a variety of structured finance roles within RBS/NatWest; including Loan Markets, Corporate Acquisitions, Financial Institutions, Asset Finance and Portfolio Management. Kevin started his career as an analyst within Commerzbank AG’s Market Risk division. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with Arts Management from IADT, Dublin and a Master’s of Science from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Kevin is an Irish national and CFA charterholder.

Diana Glassman
Diana Glassman covers engagement in North America, with a particular focus on the energy and financial services sectors. Diana brings extensive experience in defining strategy, realigning companies and leading change. Prior to joining, she was a strategy consultant advising senior leaders of publicly traded companies, investors, private equity firms and government entities primarily in energy and infrastructure. In her head of environmental affairs role for the TD Bank Group’s US operations, she successfully engaged 28,000 employees across 1,300 sites and integrated sustainability into culture to create distinct brand and financial value. Diana’s other previous roles include head of Americas for Credit Suisse’s Environmental Business Group and director at PwC. Her thought leadership has focussed on ESG financial metrics, responsible oil and gas, the water-energy nexus and employee engagement. Diana is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Her academic background includes Harvard Business School (MBA), Harvard Kennedy School (MPA, International Development) and Yale (BS, Biology).
Diego Anton
Diego works in the EOS client service and business development team. Prior to joining EOS, Diego was part of the client relationship team for one of the leading ESG rating agencies where he supported institutional investors with ESG integration. He is passionate about responsible investment and broader sustainability issues. He attended Imperial College London where he completed an MSc in Environmental Technology (with specialisation in Energy Policy). Diego also holds a BSc in Environmental Science and he is a native Spanish speaker.
Dr Emma Berntman
Dr Emma Berntman focusses on engagements in the pharmaceuticals & healthcare and retail sectors. Prior to joining EOS, Emma was head of the environmental management programme for Sweden at a Nordic hotel chain. Emma holds an MSc in Biomedicine and a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from Lund University in Sweden. Emma is fluent in English and Swedish and has a good working knowledge of Danish and Norwegian.
