Biography

Denis McAuley III joined Federated Hermes in 1978 as an internal auditor and moved on to become Vice President, Manager of Corporate Accounting. In 1985, Denis assumed the position of Vice President and Manager, Fund Accounting. In 1989, he assumed the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The National Funds in Greenwich, CT. Denis returned to Federated Hermes in 1993 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and became Principal Accounting Officer in 2001.
