Our Responsibility Office (RO) acts as a hub of expertise and support, assisting every employee in our business to work towards our core purpose of delivering sustainable wealth creation over the long term. The three main pillars of the RO are as follows:
- ESG integration: We aim to integrate consideration of material ESG factors into our investment processes across all strategies and asset classes.
- Stewardship: We aim to be active, engaged and responsible owners of those companies and assets in which we are invested and those we directly manage.
- Advocacy: We engage with public policymakers and sector organisations to encourage policy or best practice that facilitate the transition to a nature positive and net-zero carbon economy.
