Grace joined the Federated Hermes Infrastructure team in November 2025 as an Associate and is supporting the IR Team with day to day and sustainability workstreams. Grace has 4 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined from Molten Ventures Plc where she was Sustainability Lead. Grace holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Bristol.
