Definitions

“HFMIL” Hermes Fund Managers Ireland Limited.

“FHL” refers collectively to those investment portfolios managed by HFMIL where discretionary investment management has been delegated to Hermes Investment Management Limited and/or Hermes GPE LLP.

“FIC/FGIMC” refers collectively to those investment portfolios managed by HFMIL where discretionary investment management has been delegated to Federated Investment Counseling (FIC) and/or Federated Global Investment Management Corp (FGIMC).

“the Investment Managers” refers collectively to both FHL and FIC/FGIMC.

Sustainability Risk Policy

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector, HFMIL is required to disclose the manner in which sustainability risks are integrated into the investment process and the results of the assessment of the likely impacts of sustainability risks on the returns of the funds under management.

HFMIL has adopted Sustainable Risks policies across its product offering and these can be found here: SFDR Disclosure: for FHL  and SFDR Disclosure: for FIC/FGIMC.

Consideration of Principal Adverse Impacts

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector, HFMIL is required to determine whether it considers the principal adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors.

Remuneration Policy

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures on the financial services sector, HFMIL is required to include in its remuneration policy information on how its policy is consistent with the integration of sustainability risks.

Sustainability-related Disclosures

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector, HFMIL is required to disclose how the Investment Managers intend to meet their environmental or social characteristics or sustainable investment objective(s) applicable to each fund under management on behalf of HFMIL.
