Will Gibby is Research & Analytics Director at Federated Hermes Real Estate, responsible for shaping the firm’s real estate investment strategy, underpinned by market insight and portfolio analytics. He brings deep real estate investment experience across UK and international markets. Will is a regular speaker at leading real estate conferences and universities globally, contributing to industry debate on housing, capital allocation and market structure. He founded and led the firm’s UK Living platform, Hestia, and serves on several investment and regeneration boards, including as a Non Executive Board Member of The King’s Cross Group.
