Ingrid has 28 years of experience in finance across private and public markets. As Head of Impact and Sustainable Investing at Federated Hermes, she is responsible for the firm's thought leadership and products across our sustainable investing capabilities. She joined from PDM Capital where she was a principal and previously was Fund Management Director at Jupiter Asset Management. Prior to this, she started her career at Lazard & Co as European equities analyst. Ingrid is widely recognised as an expert in Biodiversity and Impact investing, and has played a leading role in key industry initiatives on the topic. Ingrid was Co-Chair of the Policy Leadership Group at Natural Capital Investment Alliance, a taskforce of the Sustainable Markets Initiative founded by HRH King Charles III with a mission to build a global effort to enable the private sector to accelerate the transition to a sustainable future. She is an expert member on the International Advisory Panel on Biodiversity Credits which designed the framework for the global high-integrity biodiversity credit market, and she also currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Fair4All Finance. In 2024, she was included in Fin-Erth’s 101 Global Female Leaders in Nature and Climate. She was a finalist in Investment Week’s ESG and Sustainable Woman of the year ion 2023 and was included in Citywire’s global ranking of top 1,000 fund managers. Ingrid holds Honours degree from University College London in Business and Italian and is fluent in four languages.
