Biography

Kate Fowler is an Associate Director at Federated Hermes Limited, focused on policy and advocacy within the company’s Responsibility Office.

Kate joined Federated Hermes in 2018, specialising in responsible investment and stewardship. She engages with regulators and policymakers on public policy and market best practice to ensure the financial system is operating in the best interests of its ultimate asset owners. She also works with teams across the business to enhance the firm’s approach on sustainability issues, such as climate and biodiversity.

Prior to joining Federated Hermes, Kate worked at A Blueprint for Better Business, developing the charity’s stance on a range of ESG and business topics. Kate earned her bachelor’s degree in Classics from the University of Cambridge, UK.
