We are part of Business at its Best – an initiative that celebrates stories from businesses that have gone over and above for their staff, customers and communities during the pandemic.
The programme was launched in January 2021 by CBI, the Inclusive Economy Partnership, PwC, ReGenerate, The School for Social Entrepreneurs and ourselves, the international business of Federated Hermes. So far, the partnership has heard and shared some brilliant stories of businesses that have collaborated, changed shape, and given back during Covid-19. As lockdown eases, the focus is shifting to the recovery and broader, purposeful business stories.
So, today we ask: is your business, employer, or a company that you buy from making a difference to its customers, communities, its people, and the planet?
Whether it’s a skills programme to narrow the digital divide, an unusual collaboration to solve an industry challenge, support for vulnerable customers, the creation of green jobs in a social mobility cold spot, or other purposeful action, Business at it Best is inviting submissions from businesses of all shapes and sizes around the UK.
