Federated Hermes, Inc. (NYSE: FHI), a global leader in active investing, today announced that Kimberly (Kim) Craver has been named Head of Global Human Resources, effective August 17, 2026. Craver joins Federated Hermes from Reed Smith LLP, a global law firm, where she currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. She succeeds Dolores Dudiak, who is retiring after 41 years of service to Federated Hermes.

As Head of Global Human Resources, Craver will be responsible for all aspects of the firm’s people function globally, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR technology and analytics. Total Rewards, HR Business Partners & Resourcing, Talent Development, and HR Information Systems will report to her. Craver will report to Ray Hanley, President, Federated Investors Management Company, Director, Corporate Planning and Investor Relations.

At Reed Smith LLP, a firm of approximately 3,000 partners and employees across more than thirty offices in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Craver has led a global HR organization of more than 100 professionals, working closely with firm leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
Over the course of her career, she has moved from a legal practitioner in labor and employment law to a senior executive responsible for global, enterprise-level HR management, bringing a combination of legal expertise, operational rigor, and practical HR leadership shaped across professional services and industrial environments.

Kim brings a rare combination of legal grounding, operational discipline, and people-first leadership. Her track record of building high-performing HR organizations at a global scale makes her exactly the right leader to guide our people strategy as we continue to grow our organization around the world.

J. Christopher Donahue, President and Chief Executive Officer of Federated Hermes, Inc.

I’m honored to join Federated Hermes at such an exciting time for the firm as it continues to grow both in its US home market but also around the world. I look forward to working with my Human Resources colleagues and partnering with colleagues across the organization to build on Federated Hermes‘ strong culture and to support our people as the firm continues to develop.

Kimberly Craver, Head of Global Human Resources (effective August 17, 2026)
