After several years of being at rock bottom, bond yields have entered a very intriguing place.

With inflation concerns switching to growth concerns, fixed income investors could stand to make generous inflows. Fraser Lundie, Head of Fixed Income – Public Markets at Federated Hermes Limited, explains why.

“The value proposition from global credit is comparatively interesting in the sense that we are coming off the back of a pretty unprecedented size and speed of the re-hiking cycle, which leaves us at a point where yields and fundamentals are interesting – albeit the latter declining – so there will be an element of stock-picking to be done.”
