Biography

Devin joined Federated Hermes in January 2022 as a Director in the Private Credit team. He is responsible for executing transactions in the UK and Europe for the Federated Hermes Direct Lending Funds. Prior to Federated Hermes, Devin spent just under 7 years at Bank of Ireland in the mid-market leveraged finance team where he focused on originating and executing debt financings for pan-European private equity backed transactions. Prior to this, he was in the UK mid-market leveraged finance team at Natwest. Devin graduated from the University of Cape Town with an honours degree in Finance and Accounting and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
