Biography

Greg is Federated Hermes’ Chief Regulatory Officer & Head of Government Affairs. Greg has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has worked with Federated Hermes for more than 15 years, both as outside counsel and in-house counsel. He serves as a director on a number of Federated Hermes’ international boards and has worked extensively on financial services reform in both Europe and the United States. In addition to his work with Federated Hermes, Greg has extensive industry experience having worked for Janus Capital Group and ALPS Fund Services in Denver, Colorado and in the investment management group of Reed Smith LLP. He graduated with honors from The George Washington University School of Law in 2001 and received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.
