John joined Federated Hermes GPE in 2022 and contributes to client support activities and fund investment process, including due diligence and monitoring of funds across the region.
John was previously from Federated Hermes distribution team in Singapore where he was responsible for promoting various funds to Korean institutional investors. Prior to that, he worked for Russell Investments in Seoul as a business development manager, responsible for sales support and client service for Korean institutional investors. John started his career as a product specialist at Korea Investment Management and served as a marine in the Republic of Korea Marine Corps. John holds a BSc in Economics from University of Bristol, United Kingdom. He is a Korean national and speaks fluent English.
