Biography

George Clark provides operational support to EOS’ voting and engagement activities, focusing on statistical reporting, data integrity & governance, proxy voting management, and account administration. Prior to EOS, George worked for three years in the proxy voting space as a client account manager at Broadridge Financial Solutions. He earned an honours degree in Biology from the University of Leeds, and more recently a CICI Investment Operations Certificate and PRINCE2 practitioner qualification.
