Biography

Hannah joined Federated Hermes in July 2021 as the Head of Legal. She is responsible for all legal matters across the Federated Hermes GPE Managed Funds (Private Equity and Infrastructure) as well as for Hermes GPE LLP and its subsidiaries. She works closely with the transaction teams and also supervises outsourced legal advisers. Hannah is a member of the Federated Hermes Private Markets Management Committee. Hannah is an English law qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate. She trained and qualified at Linklaters LLP into the investment funds practice. She holds an LLB in European Law with French from the University of Warwick.
