Matthew is currently chair of Kier Group plc and non-executive director and audit and risk committee chair of Capita plc. He has previously been a non-executive director at Barclays plc and Man Group plc. He is an experienced FTSE 100 CFO. His last executive role was CFO of Royal Mail and included its privatisation. He has focussed on investor engagement throughout this period and was chair of the FTSE 100 group of finance directors, investors and markets committee.
