Biography

Justin Bazalgette engages with companies primarily from Australia, France and Switzerland. He comes with 35 years of working in the corporate sector and with a number of roles associated with ESG resulting in Group Head of Sustainability for an international organisation. In the last 2 years he has run his own sustainability consultancy and brings to Federated Hermes a wealth of real-world experience which will help inform investor decisions around improving corporate sustainability and governance. He has an engineering degree and a Masters in Business Administration, is a Chartered Environmentalist and a Chartered Manager. He has many years of experience of dealing with senior management from differing countries and cultures and speaks fluent French.
