EOS at Federated Hermes Limited (EOS), one of the world’s largest stewardship service providers, has been appointed by €23bn AUM Danish pension company, AP Pension, to provide engagement, voting and public policy support across the fund’s corporate equity and bond assets.
EOS’s constructive engagements with corporate boards and executives on environmental, social, governance and strategic issues enable institutional investors such as AP Pension to be a more active owner of its equity and fixed-income assets, supporting stronger financial performance and better outcomes for the environment and society.
Founded in 2004 with a legacy dating back to 1983, EOS advises more than $1.4tn of assets to deliver corporate engagement and proxy voting services. With almost half of its engagements now more than nine years in duration, EOS is committed to realising positive, long-term change.
This announcement continues EOS’ strong growth momentum in the Nordics, where it continues to expand its local presence, representing a portfolio of €52bn Danish assets .
